- Receive direct inquiries from interested buyers
- Handle all negotiations and transactions independently
For Buyers:
- Browse products and services listed on our platform
- Click on WhatsApp contact to connect with sellers
- Negotiate directly with sellers via WhatsApp
- Complete transactions independently with sellers
No Responsibility Disclaimer
Urban Pune is NOT responsible for:
- Any transactions between buyers and sellers
- Product quality or authenticity
- Payment disputes or issues
- Delivery or shipping problems
- Communication between buyers and sellers
- Any financial losses or damages
No Payment Processing
We do NOT process any payments. All financial transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers through their preferred payment methods (cash, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
We do NOT charge any commission, fees, or extra money. Our service is completely free for both buyers and sellers.
WhatsApp Connection Only
Our platform facilitates connection through WhatsApp only. Once you click on a seller's WhatsApp contact:
- You will be redirected to WhatsApp
- All communication happens on WhatsApp
- Urban Pune is not involved in any conversations
- You can discuss prices, negotiate, and arrange meetings
User Responsibilities
Buyers:
- Verify product details before making any payments
- Meet sellers in safe, public locations
- Use secure payment methods
- Report any suspicious activities
Sellers:
- Provide accurate product information
- Use genuine product images
- Respond to inquiries promptly
- Maintain professional conduct
Prohibited Activities
- Listing fake or counterfeit products
- Scamming or fraudulent activities
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior
- Spamming or excessive messaging
- Violating local laws and regulations
