3.3 Field Verification

4. Fake Listings & Penalties

4.1 What Constitutes a Fake Listing

• Non-existent properties or services
• Stolen or misused photos
• False information about location, price, or features
• Duplicate or spam listings
• Misleading descriptions or claims
• Fake contact details
• Bait and switch tactics

4.2 Penalties for Fake Listings

• Legal Action: Urban Pune may pursue legal action for fraudulent activities
• Police Complaints: Serious fraud will be reported to authorities
• Industry Blacklist: Repeat offenders may be reported to other platforms

5. User Conduct

5.1 Expected Behavior

All users must:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries
• Maintain respectful communication
• Respect other users’ privacy and data

6. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent Listings: Posting fake or misleading property, blog, or business information
• Identity Theft: Impersonating other users or owners

• Scamming: Attempting to defraud users
• Discrimination: Discriminating based on religion, caste, gender, or nationality
• Illegal Activities: Using the platform for unlawful purposes
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

7. Account Suspension & Banning

7.1 Suspension Reasons

Accounts may be suspended for:

7.2 Appeal Process

For first and second offenses, users may appeal by:

• Access is granted immediately after successful payment and is non-refundable.
